Please be advised that the entrance into the main parking lot at RIM Park Manulife Sportsplex will be closed and a temporary access will in place beginning September 21st until September 28th.

This closure will facilitate the paving of the main driveway as a result of the construction on the East Branch Library. The temporary entrance will be similar to the location as the previous temporary entrance.

    Dear Ravens,

Hope this week back to school and back to the ice has gone well for everyone.

Further to my message of September 2, 2021, your Ravens’ Board continues seeking advice and is working on the Vaccination Policy for our Association. Unfortunately, the OWHA call planned for September 8th was postponed. Regulations have not yet been received from the Provincial Government and these are necessary in order for the OWHA policy to be finalized and then our Ravens policy.

    Dear Ravens,

As you know On Sept. 1, 2021, the Government of Ontario announced its decision to require proof of full vaccination (two doses plus 14-day waiting period) for access to select indoor facilities, beginning on Sept. 22, 2021. We received notification tonight that OWHA’s Board of Directors met tonight (Thursday, September 2nd), and will be requiring (subject to any additional developments in this area) that, as a condition of participation in the OWHA, players and other participants who were born before 2010 be fully vaccinated as soon as possible and by no later October 17, 2021.

The WGMHA has openings for U11 players who aspire to play at the highest level of competitive representative hockey. WGMHA offers a High Performance Training Program for U13 AA/A, U15 AA/A, U18 AA/A teams and aligns with our U22AA (PWHL) KW-Rangers program. Our U11 program follows the Hockey Canada U11 Pathways guidance, but is aspirational in that we provide teams and up players with supplemental coaching in skills, goaltending, skating and positional play in addition to a normal U11 development program.
