2022-23 Rep Coaching Selection Open [due Dec 13]

We are now accepting applications for all 2022-23 HPTP teams (U13 AA/A, U15 AA/A and U18 AA/A).   These teams are intended to be selected at spring tryouts in April and May 2022. Interested candidates should submit their applications no later than 6:00 pm on Monday, December 6th, 2021.


Applications should be emailed to: [email protected]

The following four components must be included with the application:

  1. Head Coach Application

  2. Coaching Philosophy - refer to our HPTP program goals and programs for AA/A

  3. Yearly plan - refer to our HPTP program goals and programs for AA/A

  4. Budget Estimate - refer to our HPTP program goals and programs for AA/A

  5. Additional Staff & experiences (non-parent only) - if committed as part of the application - please note that any listed staff may be contacted as part of the process.

The successful candidates must have (or agree to obtain) an NCCP Development Certification Appropriate to Level of application and preferably a minimum of 3 years progressive coaching experience at either the Tier 1 or 2 Level:

  • U18 AA, U15 AA - NCCP High Performance 1 Certified

  • U13 AA, U15 A, U18 A -  NCCP Development 1 Certified (prefer HP1)

  • U13 A - NCCP Development 1 Trained (prefer Certified)

 

For all applicants, a current Respect in Sport or Speak Out Program certification is also required. Successful candidates will be required to submit a current Vulnerable Sector Police Screening.
