Andrew Hopf - Summer Conditioning Program
Summer is not quite here but Andrew Hopf, our HPTP Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, has invested time adapting his HPTP summer conditioning program for the current situation. And, as such, it is time for our athletes and your potential HPTP team players to embark upon this adapted training program.
Andrew has assembled a summary of the goals of our high performance strength and conditioning program targeting U13, U15 and U18 athletes.
