My name is Todd Einwechter and I am the head coach of our team this year. My personal goal for this year is to grow ours daughters’ passion for hockey through individual improvement and team comradery.
Working with me this year will be:

Assistant Coach – Kevin McVicar
Trainer – TBD
There has been much information shared over the past few days and I will begin to pass this information along to you in as organized a fashion as possible. My intent is to separate out certain topics and send smaller, more pointed emails on each topic. Please monitor our team website for updates. You can also enable automatic notifications to be sent to you as the website is updated.
A few key points before I wrap this up:
1 - In the coming weeks we will be looking for some help behind the bench as both Chris and I have previous commitments we can’t retract on. Please stay tuned for a separate email requesting assistance from parents.
2 - I believe a parent meeting will be a worthwhile exercise as we try to navigate our way through potential tournaments, special events, small roster scenarios, etc. Please plan to meet following Sunday’s game in the dressing room (or another TBD location if needed) for 20-30 minutes.
3 - This Sunday’s games has been rescheduled to 3:00pm at RIM Pillars. With that, let’s have a great season.
Let’s encourage the girls to have fun, make friends, work hard and play fair.

- Your names
- Whether your daughter will be there for tomorrow’s 8:30am practice at RIM Optimists
- Whether your daughter will be there for Sunday’s 3:00pm game at RIM Pillars
- Your consent to post your daughter’s name and family contact information on the team website
