Learn To Skate Families,
We hope that everyone is excited for the program to begin. The first session will be on Sunday, October 16th at 8:30 am at the Albert McCormick Community Centre. Please refer to the Learn To Skate Calendar for all program dates and times
We have decided to offer equipment pickup on the following dates at McPhail's Cycle and Sport in Waterloo:
Friday, October 14th - 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday, October 15th - 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
McPhail's Cycle and Sport is located at 98 King Street North in Waterloo.
When you arrive, please tell them that you are with the Learn To Skate program and they will provide you with your daughter's equipment. For families that can't pick up their equipment at McPhail's on the scheduled dates, please email
[email protected] ASAP to make alternate arrangements.
We are still looking for trainers for the program. Volunteer trainers are extremely important to ensure the safety of all participants and we must have at least one trainer present at every session. If you are interested in becoming certified as a trainer, please email
