Local teams only Thursday Night

  • Senior Division – THREE game minimum guaranteed
  • U9 Festival - 4 game guarantee
  • FOUR game minimum guaranteed for all other divisions
  • U13AA, U15A, U18A and U18BB game lengths, 12-12-15
  • All other game lengths, 12-12-12 stop time periods - medal rounds will be 12-15-15 stop time 
  • All games announced with upbeat music at warm up and between stoppages
  • Awards: Gold and Silver medals to be awarded (except senior levels),  participant medals for U9
  • Championship Banner to division winners, except senior levels
  • Minutes away from the Waterloo Farmers Market and The Village of St. Jacobs
  • A very short drive to Conestoga Mall and The Galaxy Movieplex
  • Hotels blocked and ready for you only 5-10mins from all Complexes

Entry Fee:

Senior BB, B - $950.00 CDN

U9 - $1100.00

U18A, BB; U15 A; U13 AA - $1400.00 CDN

All other divisions -  $1200.00 CDN

Full entry fee will confirm your spot. We do not hold spots without payment. Payment is by credit card only. When your payment is received by our registrar then your spot is confirmed by email in the tournament.

Tournament REFUNDS - if a team(s) are unable to attend the tournament, for reasons including, but not limited to, inclement weather, flight cancellations, or automobile mechanical failures, or, if the tournament is interrupted or canceled, due to weather conditions, or facility issues beyond our control no refunds will be provided.

If there are Covid-19 provincial and or Regional shutdowns resulting in the tournament being cancelled - there will be a full refund of the registration fee. Any penalties related to travel and accommodation are the responsibility of the teams.

If your team has to withdraw from the tournament due to COVID-19 related issues (i.e. outbreak on the team; suspected cases on the team; restrictions from your local public health unit) refunds will be provided as follow:

  • Withdrawal a minimum of 7 days prior to the tournament - a refund of the registration fee (less a $100 admin fee) will be provided
  • Withdrawal less than seven days prior to or during the tournament – a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be provided.
