Ravens Players and Families,

WGMHA is proud to announce that two of our 2019-20 Waterloo Ravens Hockey Athletic Excellence Award recipients have also been named Rookie of the Year by the Waterloo Warriors on their respective teams.

Mikayla Schnarr, who played several years in the Ravens organization right through to the KW Rangers, was recognized as the top rookie on the Warrior's women's team while Chase Campbell took home top rookie honors on the men's team.

Chase is in his first year with the Warriors and is studying in the Recreation and Sports Business program. Last season, Chase played for the Kitchener Rangers and Windsor Spitfires of the OHL, tallying 15 points in 64 games played. Over the past five seasons, Chase played 244 OHL games, scoring 28 goals and adding 41 assists. Chase is a quick, intelligent forward who brings a lot of versatility to the Warriors line-up. In just his first season, Chase has been active in the community helping out with the Waterloo Ravens program and summer camps.
