Waterloo Ravens Development Coordinator Laura McIntosh has put together a simple 3 phase workout program that all players/goalies are able to do to stay in shape and work on some skills at home. The program has been designed to be done inside your home or outside.
Laura has also made herself available for online coaching to guide players through the sessions as well as work on other skills.
