This is the official call for nominations for Members interested in joining the
WGMHA Board of Directors.
Positions to be elected:
Directors for a two (2) year term (2021-2023): 6
Directors for a one (1) year
term (2021-2022): 5
Skills and experience we are seeking:
· Financial
· Legal
· Education/Training – player development
· Human Resources
· Marketing
· Grants writing
· Digital Communications
Completed Nomination Forms for Board of Directors positions to be elected at the AGM must be submitted to the
Chair of the Nominating Committee
no later than
6:00 pm Wednesday May 7, 2021.
Please note that the Directors whose terms are ending this year are all eligible for re-election.

Please note: Hockey experience or knowledge of specific roles is not required to take on many of the board positions. We are looking for thoughtful, hard-working leaders who will be guided by our founding principles:
