Waterloo K-W Ranger Caitlin Kraemer Named to Canadian National Women's U18 Roster
Submitted By WGMHA on Wed 08 17, 22
After an eleven day selection camp, Waterloo K-W Ranger Caitlin Kraemer has been named to the 23 player Canadian National Women's U18 roster.

Cait travelled to Calgary, Alberta on Tuesday August 2nd to attend the BFL National Women's Summer Development and Showcase Camp, along with 42 other young ladies.

Caitlin was a member of the Team Red roster through exhibition play. On Tuesday, August 9th, she scored a shorthanded goal in a 4-2 win over Team White. This was her first of two goals in the showcase, her second happening at 7:06 in the 3rd period in the 2nd Red vs White game on August 12th.

Cait showed her usual strength in her skating, playmaking skills, puck battles and face-off wins in all three games. She also persevered through a couple of significant injuries.

We look forward to cheering Cait on over the next few days as she participates in some international play vs Team U.S.A.

You can watch Caitlin and her Team Canada teammates play in the Canada/U.S.A. series at the following times:

Wednesday, August 17th 4:00 MDT
Thursday, August 18th 4:00 MDT
Saturday, August 20th 4:00 MDT

To catch the games go to, https://video.hockeycanada.ca/en/ and click on the link for that days game.

Go get'um, Cait!
