Waterloo Girls Hockey Association 2025-26 Season Registration is Now Open!
Registration Programs and Fees:
Below is a table listing the divisions and programs being offered by the Waterloo Girls Hockey Association for the 2025-2026 season. The fee listed in the registration packages for U9 to U18 includes the Early Bird Discount for families that complete their registration by 11:59 pm on July 31st, 2025. Basic Registration fees for U9 to U18 will increase by $100 after the Early Bird deadline. Please note that there is no Early Bird Discount for the Rookie Ravens program or the U7 and Senior divisions.
U9 to U18 players that reside outside of the City of Waterloo must also select the Out-of-Town registration package for their age division and pay the additional $130 fee.

All registrations will be done online through the RAMP Interactive system. A link to register is provided at the end of these registration notes.
Registration Notes:
Players must be registered in the appropriate division based upon their birth year (see table above). Any registrations out of the appropriate division must pre-approved by WGHA.
REFUND POLICY: The WGHA Refund Policy can be found in the RAMP registration system. Please review prior to completing your registration.
PAYMENT: All registrations are payable by credit card at time of registration.
FRIEND REQUEST (U11 to U18 House League Only): The WGHA will try to honour reciprocal teammate requests in house league only, where possible, while maintaining the numerical and competitive balance of the house league teams. Requests for multiple teammates will not be considered. Please ensure that teammate requests have been mutually agreed upon before making the request and only one name may be submitted. There are no friend requests for the U7 and U9 HL divisions.
FALL REP TRYOUTS/HL EVALUATIONS: WGHA will be holding Rep tryouts in the fall for U9 Rep, U11 Tier 3, U13 B and U18 B (two (2) teams). All teams are subject to registration numbers. All WGHA players that wish to tryout with another association must have a signed Permission to Tryout Form (PTT) from WGHA before they can participate. HL evaluations for all ages will also be held in the fall. Please check the Ravens website for more information and schedules.
REP and TEAM FEES: Players making a Rep team will also be assessed additional Rep and Team Fees as determined by WGHA.
OUT OF TOWN FEES (U9 - U18): Players that do not reside in the City of Waterloo must select the 'Out of Town Fee for Non-City of Waterloo Residents' registration package in addition to the Basic Registration package for their division. An additional fee of $130 is charged to all out-of-town registrants.
EARLY BIRD DATE/RATE: The early bird deadline for all U9 to U18 registration packages is 11:59 pm on July 31st, 2025. The fee will increase by $100 after the deadline, with no exceptions allowed. There is no Early Bird rate for the Rookie Ravens program or the U7 and Senior divisions.
FAMILY DISCOUNTS (3 OR MORE PLAYER REGISTRANTS): Families with 3 registered players will receive a $99 total discount (this will be applied against one of the registered players accounts in RAMP); families with 4 or more registered players will receive a $198 total discount (this will be applied against one of the registered players accounts in RAMP). In order to receive these discounts, please register all players then email [email protected] with the names of all registrants to have the applicable discount applied to your account.
PLAYER TRANSFERS: All player transfers are subject to the approvals of all associations involved and are at the discretion of the OWHA. This applies to players coming from other OWHA associations as well as from boys' hockey.
(NEW) HOCKEY CANADA REGISTRY NUMBER: A new requirement for the 2025-2026 season is that all new registrants must create a Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) number prior to registering in RAMP.
