Now Available Online!

All adult volunteers who are in contact with our Ravens must submit a valid Police Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).  This includes: Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Trainers, Managers, Goalie Coaches,  On Ice Helpers, Dressing Room Supervisors.

The VSC can now be obtained on-line:

Waterloo Region Police Vulnerable Sector Check

The Ravens considers a VSC is valid for 3 years. However, a Declaration letter must be submitted in the in between years.

For example Sally Smith completes a VSC in September 2016, in September 2017 and September 2018 she submits the Declaration form affirming that the information in her VSC has not changed, in September 2019 she is required to obtain a new VSC.

Anyone with a VSC dated 2015 or 2016 needs to submit a Declaration Letter
Anyone with a VSC dated 2014 or earlier needs to obtain a new VSC using the online process.
Anyone who is a member of the Coaching staff HL, DS or Rep for the first time needs to obtain a VSC

DECLARATION-LETTER

If you know you are going to be volunteering with your daughter's team, its never too early to get the VSC/Declaration Letter submitted.

Please return your VSC/Declaration ASAP to
