DECEMBER 4th UPDATES (We ask that all teams review):
WARM UP pucks are supplied on all benches, so there is no need to bring your own.
MAJOR HIGHWAY 85 CLOSURE in both directions starting at 10pm on Saturday December 6, and won’t reopen until Sunday at 6pm while the Frederick Street bridge is being demolished. The closure will impact northbound lanes at Ottawa Street, and southbound lanes will be shut down at Wellington Street. There will be signs marking the detour route. Please adjust your travel accordingly as this will increase some travel times. Information on traffic delays and closures will be posted on the Ontario 511on.ca website.
PARKING AT AUDITORIUM will be limited on Friday December 5 due to the Kitchener Rangers hockey game. Your group may park in the Stadium Lot, located behind the Auditorium building. Spaces are first-come, first-served, so please consider carpooling. Give the parking attendant access code 61352 to enter. Refer to this document for the parking procedure and lot map.
BUS PARKING is permitted anywhere at all arenas, except for the evening of Friday December 5 at the Auditorium where there is no team bus parking. There are nearby malls where parking is permitted.

LIVEBARN UPDATE
Unfortunately, LiveBarn cameras will not be available for this year’s 2025–2026 USA/Canada Cup in Waterloo.
As is the case in many cities and municipalities, the current lack of availability is the result of an ongoing review related to privacy requirements and facility-management considerations.
The Waterloo Girls Hockey Association continues to work closely with our facility partners and governing bodies as we navigate these requirements and work toward a solution that meets organizational, operational, and privacy standards for everyone involved.
We recognize that access to LiveBarn is important to many families, teams, and scouts, and we fully appreciate that this temporary unavailability may be disappointing.
That said, we remain optimistic that a positive and sustainable outcome will be reached. We are committed to ensuring that any future livestreaming solution supports both a great viewing experience and the privacy and safety of all participants.
Thank you for your understanding and support, and we hope you enjoy an exciting weekend of hockey here in Waterloo.
