Ahh it's September, and for some of us, that means back to work, back to the rink, and back to the familiar smells ... But what if I told you, that your car and your basement (and maybe even your daughter), didn't have to smell like a hockey bag.  WHATTT!? That's right. My friend Julie is here to share her recipe for Sweat Soup.  

I want to thank all players, once again, for their hard work. The coaches have had a difficult time with the final selections.   Please refer to the Tryout Player List for the final team roster.  If your number is not on the list, I wish you all the best for your next season. Sarah

Again, thank you to everyone for your hard work, and to all the hockey parents for getting the players to the ice sessions on time. We have been extremely pleased with what we have seen both on and off the ice. I will not be posting the final line up until tomorrow. Please enjoy the nice weather, and the rest of your day. Our final tryout skate is (tomorrow!) Sunday, May 14 at 1:30pm. We will face off against Woolwich Wild @ Woolwich Memorial Centre (Dan Snyder's pad). 

Thank you all for your hard work in today's game, and your commitment to the process.   I really appreciate everyone's effort, and I like what I am seeing in the dressing room. I wasn't lying when I said this process is tough on coaches too.  There will not be any releases today. Please enjoy the rest of the day, and take care of your body (rest & good food!).
