to all Ravens who tried out for the Peewee DS team.   The spirit behind a DS team is  to increase the development of the athletes in the associations.  The coaches have agreed that we will carry 19 skaters and 2 goalies on our active list.

Our next ice time is Monday December 3 at 5 pm at AMC.   We would like to have a parents meeting after the ice time for not longer than 30 minutes.   We will try to start just shortly after our practice is complete.

    See everyone on Monday...

The key to each player’s success in the highly competitive, skilled and fast-paced world of hockey is separating him or her from the many other talented players out there.  Whether you are competing for a position on a team, competing for ice time when you make the team, or competing against the top players from other teams, you must have an edge and separate yourself from them.  Natural talent alone will not provide you with the separating factor;  our training will.  This principle applies as much, if not more in the academic setting, in which there there is incredible competition among students competing for positions in universities and colleges.

Bantam 4 kept their determination and hard work approach rolling in game 2.  It is a pleasure to coach such determined athletes who give 100 percent on every shift.  As a former player, I did not look forward to playing teams like this because they never took a shift off no matter what the score was.
Keep up the hard work ladies!

Bantam 4 opened up the season with a great hard working team win.  The ladies battled in every corner and didn't quit until the final buzzer.  It certainly helped that they had a great goalie helping them out in the net.  Great work Avery!
