Photos will be done on the ice in the first 15 minutes of practice. Please ensure that players wear their black jerseys and socks for photos. Please encourage all parents to print and fill out the digital copy of the order form in advance of your respective photo shoots. Payment methods include cash, cheque or e-transfer to [email protected] denoting your child's name and team in the Memo section. In an effort to ensure all payments are secure and contained on the ice, please ask parents to package their orders and payments either inside a ziploc baggie or an envelope. They will have extra envelopes on hand at each photo shoot.
Additional notes:
If a player or staff member can't make their scheduled session, they can call Picture Yourself and arrange to have photos done at their studio (number and address below). They can have individual photos done and can also be digitally inserted into the team photo (the photographer will need to be told at the time of the team photo so that he can make room for any missing players/staff).
