There will be no final decisions on players tonight, thus no releases today.,...

Parents - Thank you for making the trip to London on a Friday night, very much appreciated!

Players - Remember that hockey is a privilege and not a right, please thank your parents for sacrificing their time to give you this opportunity!

I challenged the girls tonight to bring everything that they had, "be hungry for the puck".

I communicated to the girls that I wanted them to put me in a position to make my decisions on players, including the final releases, as hard as possible.

Well, I need to tell every parent that these girls certainly brought it and they should be very proud of their effort on and off the ice!

I told them this in the dressing room after the game!

As a result of the huge effort tonight brought on by the players, I now have many more hours of thought added to this process, assessing how the team will look and to make the final decisions on players / final roster.

Since tomorrow's game is only 10-10-12 with a 50 min curfew, we will be dressing 17 players (3 full lines and 2 goalies) and sitting 5 players.

I will post by noon tomorrow who will sit and who will play.

Tomorrow will be our final tryout session and I will be posting the final roster within a couple of hours after the games completion, would be my plan at this time.

Good luck to all!

"Work hard and have fun"

Coach Rick
