I would to thank all the girls who played tonight.  I appreciate your hard work and excellent effort and I would have loved to be able to offer each one of you a spot on the team.  However, I have had to make some very difficult decisions tonight. If your number appears in the Tryout Player List, I would like to congratulate you on being selected for the Midget BB team. I mentioned to the girls today that they are making my job very difficult.  I know this is a stressful time for all of the players and I'm going to have to make some difficult decisions.  I will be posting our final roster after the exhibition game tomorrow night.   If your number is listed below you will be playing on Monday night.  Please try to arrive 45 minutes before game time. I wanted to provide a brief outline of my plan for the upcoming season.  At Midget Tier III, the team will play in the LLFHL and have one weekly practice on Wednesday evenings at 9-10 p.m. at Rim.  Dryland training will not be mandatory. The team will play in three local tournaments during the season; Waterloo, Guelph and London.  My goal is to create a positive atmosphere both on and off the ice where players learn how to be a better person, better teammate, and to enjoy being a teenager.
