The Waterloo Ravens went 6-0 on route to their 2nd straight gold medal in the 42nd Annual Leaside March Break Madness (March 10-12).
The team scored an impressive 27 goals for while only allowing 1 against in the 6 games played demonstrating their explosive offence with solid team defense and good goaltending!
The gold medal game versus Kingston was an exciting and hard-fought win. With the score tied 0-0, the Ravens scored with only 49 seconds left in the 3rd period. Kingston pulled their goalie and pressed for an equalizer, but some key defensive plays in the dying seconds secured the victory.
This is a special group of talented players that have come together from their 3 respective teams and have quickly come together to play a strong team game.
