2025-26 Head Coaching Applications are being accepted for U7, U9, U11, U13, U15, and U18 HL Teams. Development Stream Applications are being accepted for U11*, U13, U15 and U18 DS Teams.

Coach applications for the following forecasted teams for the 2025-26 season:
U7 Program: 2 Teams
U9 HL: 2 Teams
U11 HL: 1 team
U13 HL: 2 teams
U15 HL: 2 teams
U18 HL: 4 teams
DS Teams: U11*,
U13, U15 & U18 with only non-parent staff permitted. Only 1 DS team per division is permitted.
*DS required a minimum of 2 HL teams at the age group. If we can field a 2nd U11 HL team then U11 DS will run.
Applications will be accepted for the first round of HL & DS Head
Coaches until 11pm, May 26th, 2025 after which head coach selection will begin.

HL Coach Applications: Those interested in volunteering to be a Head Coach for a HL Team are asked to complete an application and submit to the Director of HL, Ryan Terpstra. The form allows you to add 3 additional staff, but adding staff is not required. You may not exceed a staff of 4, including the Head Coach, as it makes the formation of even-strength teams difficult. The permitted staff is 4 now, dropped from 5, after feedback from parents and staff last season. The guiding principle for LTPD and HL programming is even-strength teams. Team formation for HL teams strives to create balanced teams. U11 to U18 HL teams are formed after HL Evaluations in late September. U7 and U9 LTPD teams are formed during the season as they begin with all-player practices in October.
DS Coach Applications: Those interested in being a DS Head Coach for a HL division are asked to complete an application and submit to the Director of HL, Ryan Terpstra. The form allows for staff to be added but only non-parent staff can be added before the teams are formed. Tryouts for DS teams are in mid-November with the season starting December 1st. We are looking for DS coaches that:
- Have minimum Coach 2 with preference for Development 1 coaching certification.
- Willingness to work with all the HL teams in their division. This may include helping coaches create practice plans, assisting at practices, and helping with player development at the age group.
- Assist the Dir of HL and HL Convenor in HL Evaluations in September to create even-strength teams.
