The U13 DS team generously
volunteered at The Food Bank of Waterloo Region as part of their commitment to
community service. During their time there, the Ravens gained valuable insights
and asked insightful questions. Many of the team members have encountered
organizations like Nutrition for Learning in their schools, realizing the
significant role played by The Food Bank of Waterloo Region in supplying such
initiatives. It was fulfilling for the Ravens to contribute their time off the
ice, successfully sorting through 1,746 pounds of food. This effort translates
into approximately 1,364 vital meals for struggling neighbors in the Waterloo
