These are two hour sessions, rotating the players through 3 stations.
•On the treadmill players work on stride, foot speed and shots in stride.
•On the real ice pad players work on shooting and skill development.
•Our dry-land training program will increase speed, agility, endurance and strength. Every session includes a fun team building event.
•Work specifically with goalies.
