    The WGMHA is proud to announce the “High Performance Training Program (HPTP) for AA/A” which will commence for the 2019-20 Season for all AA & A Waterloo Ravens teams, players, coaches and staff from Midget to PeeWee.  HPTP is an expansion of the existing development partnership with the University of Waterloo focused on AA/A.

    The key to each player’s success in the highly competitive, skilled and fast-paced world of hockey is separating him or her from the many other talented players out there.  Whether you are competing for a position on a team, competing for ice time when you make the team, or competing against the top players from other teams, you must have an edge and separate yourself from them.  Natural talent alone will not provide you with the separating factor;  our training will.  This principle applies as much, if not more in the academic setting, in which there there is incredible competition among students competing for positions in universities and colleges.

    Tryouts start Saturday!
Looking forward to the start of tryouts on Saturday! Please allow yourself plenty of time to sign in and get prepared. We are looking for players that are fast, mobile and strong on the puck. We are looking forward to meeting the players and getting things started!
