ATOM DS TRYOUTS
Good Morning Ravens! Atom DS Tryouts are approaching!
I would like to invite and encourage all Atom House League players to attend the Atom DS tryouts.
Tryouts are scheduled for:
1. Sunday November 17 at 7 pm (RIM Pillers)
2. Tuesday November 19 at 6:30 pm (Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex)
It is going to be an exciting year for our Atom DS program:
1. A lot of FUN!
2. 4 Home Games and 4 Away Games against other Atom DS Teams
3. 2 to 3 Tournaments: Guelph Jan 3-5 (booked); Leaside Toronto Mar 13-15 (tentative); Brampton Apr 9-12 (tentative)
4. 8 - 14 Practices (8 are standard; opportunity for an additional 6)
5. A lot of FUN!
I will continue to update the Atom DS website as I get games scheduled and more news is available.
Just an upfront Note: As with all DS Programs - there are additional fees to cover the costs of the DS Program, tournament entry fees, and additional practice times. Once the team is formed, a budget will be drawn up detailing these fees and submitted for a vote to the team's parents for approval. Additional costs generally range from $600 to $700 per player.
