Waterloo Ravens Learn to Skate Program 2019-2020
Welcome to the 2019-2020 Ravens Learn to Skate Program
Open to ages 4-6 who are Never-Ever or Beginner Skaters.
This program includes 15 non-consecutive weeks of training led by University of Waterloo Men's & Ladies' Hockey Team members along with a collection of interested, enthusiastic volunteers to provide a welcoming instructional environment for girls wanting to learn to skate and to play hockey.
Dates & Times - Sundays at 3p-4p @ Rim Park Pillers Arena

Sunday November 10th & 24th
Sunday December 1st, 8th* & 22nd
Sunday January 5th, 19th & 26th
Sunday February 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd
Sunday March 1st & 8th
*Please note Sunday December 8th will be Photo Day. Professional photos will be taken at the rear of Rim Pillers.
Parents may purchase photo packages at their discretion. Display of packages will be available on day of photos. Bring cash or cheque for your selection.
This Development Program includes a basic/beginner set of equipment.
Hockey Shoulder Pads/Chest Protector
Hockey Neck Guard
A Helmet and Stick (straight blade) are also provided.
Players must provide their own skates!
This program requires enthusiastic volunteers to operate at optimal benefit to all players. Experienced skaters, moms/dads/grandparents/cousins etc. are encouraged to help out. You must be on skates to participate and are required to wear a helmet.
